Linetto Books is operated by Subway Labs of NYC, Inc. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. We designed our data handling to do exactly what this policy says.

Information we collect

• Account: your name and email via Google sign-in.
• Photos you upload and the coloring pages we generate from them. Adults may upload photos that include children (see "Children" below).
• Orders: for printed books, your shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
• Usage: basic analytics to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

• To generate your coloring pages and books and fulfill your orders.
• To send order-related email (and, if you opt in, occasional updates).
• We do not use your photos or books for advertising or to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who processes your data

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Linetto Books:

• Google (Gemini image models) — and optionally OpenAI — to transform your photos into line art.
• Lulu — to print and ship physical books (receives the print files and your shipping address).
• Stripe — to process payments.
• Amazon Web Services — to store files and run the service.

How long we keep it (retention)

We automatically delete your uploaded photos and generated coloring pages about 30 days after your order is delivered (or 30 days after upload if no order is placed). We keep basic order records longer where required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data sooner.

Children

Linetto Books is a general-audience service for adults (for example, parents and grandparents making a gift). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Adults who upload photos of children confirm they are the parent/guardian or have that consent (see our Terms).

Biometrics

We do not create or store biometric identifiers or face-geometry data, and we do not perform facial recognition, face matching, or auto-tagging. Your photo is sent to an image model to produce line art — nothing more.

Your choices & rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us. We'll honor valid requests. Marketing emails (if any) include an unsubscribe link.

Where your data is handled

The service operates in and is intended for the United States; data is processed and stored in the US.
